My policies are as follows:
I sell both new and used genuine brand-name shoes that are in nearly perfect condition. This means that they may have never been worn, or possibly worn once or twice before. I will not sell shoes that have rips, tears, or flaws of any kind. On exception, I might find a pair of really nice high-end shoes that may have a minor flaw, and if so, I will perfectly explain this flaw in my description.
The majority of my shoes are made from genuine leather uppers, and sometimes genuine leather soles as well. On occasion, I will sell high-end vegan material shoes, or fancy fabric shoes, and will tell you what they are made of in my description.
I am a firm believer in leaving feedback, and would greatly appreciate it if you would consider doing the same.
I believe that CUSTOMER SERVICE is extremely important and it is my goal for each person to be overly CONTENT with their product, customer service, and LIGHTNING FAST SHIPPING!
I ship via USPS Priority mail which is a 2 to 3 day maximum delivery time and I have an internal policy of shipping the next morning after payment. Most of my listings end on weekends, so Monday morning is the time when I ship primarily. If you win and pay on Sunday evening, then your shoes will be shipped 1st thing Monday morning and received by Wednesday or Thursday!!! If you pay later on Monday, then your shoes will be shipped 1st thing tuesday morning, and so on. Please see my positive feedback for shipping compliments!
In the rare occasion that you ever have a problem or concern, please contact me immediately 1st, and I will address your concern with total satisfaction! If a refund is in order, know that I will do so in a very timely matter!
